Mr. Andreas K. Loizou is a fully qualified professional with extensive experience in financial management and leadership. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director at Exclusive Change Capital Ltd. He is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and holds both the Advanced Certificate in Fund Administration and the Advanced Certification in Investment Services, the latter was awarded by the Securities and Exchange Commission in Cyprus (CySEC). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in Accounting and Financial Management and an MBA in Banking Management from the University of Exeter (UK). Over the past two decades, he has gained extensive experience in a number of roles, including CFO at a listed/regulated company, as a Senior Associate in assurance services at PwC, and as a Senior Manager - team leader at a top-notch corporate and fiduciary services provider in Cyprus specializing in corporate, legal, trust and fund administration services of various companies, AIFs, and Hedge Funds.
Additionally, he has served as a director and non-executive director in various companies and industries.
