Mr. Andreas K. Loizou is the Executive Director and CFO at Exclusive Change Capital. He is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with advanced certifications in Fund Administration and Investment Services from the CySEC. He holds a BSc in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Buckingham and an MBA in Banking Management from the University of Exeter. Over the past two decades, he has accumulated extensive experience in finance, including roles as CFO at a listed company, Senior Associate at PwC, and Senior Manager at a leading corporate services provider in Cyprus. He has also served as a director and non-executive director in various companies across different industries.
